This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for payments made on the Tikly platform. By purchasing any paid services, subscriptions, or features from Tikly, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

Tikly provides digital services, including:

  • Link management tools

  • QR code generation

  • Analytics and reporting features

  • Other related platform services

Because these services are digital and become available immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.

  • All refund requests are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.

  • Approval of one refund does not guarantee approval of future refunds.


2. Subscriptions

Tikly may offer both monthly and yearly subscription plans.

When you subscribe to a plan:

  • You are billed in advance for the selected billing period (e.g., monthly or yearly).

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, even if you cancel before it ends.

Cancellation and Renewals

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or dashboard.

  • The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Tikly does not automatically provide refunds for:

  • Unused time in your current billing period

  • Early cancellation of a subscription

To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date.


3. Eligible Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Incorrect or erroneous charges

  • A payment was charged incorrectly due to a Tikly system error.

  • Duplicate transactions

  • You were charged more than once for the same service or billing period.

  • Service not delivered as described due to a platform malfunction

  • A core feature of the paid service was unavailable or malfunctioning for a significant period, and Tikly was unable to provide a timely fix or workaround.

Timeframe for Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after the transaction.

  • Tikly may decline refund requests made long after the original payment date, especially if the service has been used.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

In general, Tikly will not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind

  • You decide you no longer want or need the service after purchase.

  • Partial use of the service

  • You used some or all features during the billing period and then decide you no longer wish to continue.

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • You forgot or did not cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle started.

  • Violations of Tikly Terms of Service

  • Your account is found to be in violation of Tikly’s Terms of Service.

  • Account suspension or termination due to misuse

  • Your account is suspended or terminated because of misuse, abuse, or prohibited activities on the platform.

In these cases, charges already processed are typically non-refundable.


5. Payment Processors

Payments made on Tikly may be processed by third-party providers such as payment gateways or payment processors.

  • Tikly may initiate or approve a refund, but the actual processing time depends on:

  • The payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, card processor)

  • Your bank or financial institution

  • Once a refund is approved and processed by Tikly:

  • It may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your provider.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact Tikly Support and provide enough information for the team to locate and review your payment.

Information to Include

When submitting your request, include:

  • Account email address associated with your Tikly account

  • Transaction ID (from your receipt or billing history)

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for the refund request, with a brief explanation of the issue

Providing complete and accurate information helps speed up the review process.

  • When changes are made, the updated version will be published on the Tikly website or help center.

  • The Effective Date at the top of the policy will be revised to reflect the latest version.
