“User Content” refers to any links, text, images, or other materials you create, upload, or share through Tikly.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to share the content you publish

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform, except where allowed by law

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or any license to Tikly’s intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the Service as described here.

6. Service Availability

Tikly aims to provide a reliable and accessible Service, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available.

You understand and agree that:

  • The Service may experience interruptions, delays, or errors

  • We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue certain features or functionalities at any time, with or without notice

You may stop using Tikly at any time by discontinuing access to the Service and, where applicable, deleting your account.

Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies Tikly may have under these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

The Tikly platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tikly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Tikly’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
